8th NRNA Middle East Regional Conference (MRC) is scheduled to take place from June 28th to June 30th, 2023, at Hotel Muscat Holiday, P.C 111 Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. This event is organized by the Middle East Regional Council of NRNA and will be hosted by the Oman National Coordination Council (NCC).

The MRC serves as a valuable platform for participants to express their opinions and engage in discussions on important matters relating to Nepal and Nepalese migrants residing in the Middle East. The conference aims to promote networking and collaboration among stakeholders, with a specific focus on achieving shared objectives such as ensuring safe and secure migration, inclusive decision-making, and empowering communities.

The theme of this year’s MRC is “Empowering Voices, Enriching Lives,” and the objectives encompass various areas, including facilitating networking opportunities, advocating for safe migration, enhancing economic prospects, strengthening community involvement, promoting social integration, fostering cultural exchange, empowering women and youth, addressing policy concerns, facilitating knowledge sharing, and reinforcing the role of NRNA in protecting the rights and welfare of the Nepali diaspora in the Middle East. Through the exchange of information and ideas, we aim to create an environment conducive to the development of NRN, foreign migrants in the Middle East, associated community members, the Nepalese government, and the region as a whole.

Distinguished authorities and leaders from both Nepal and the host nation, along with approximately 500 delegates from the Middle East region and other countries, will be in attendance.
