Notice: Call for Proposal
The Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) Secretariat invites eligible, qualified, and registered individuals, firms, agencies, and hotels/resorts to submit technical and financial proposals for the following assignments:
1. Consultancy for Institutional Capacity Building Training

• Scope: To design a training package, facilitate a 3-day residential training program for NRNA executives, volunteers, and secretariat staff, and submit training reports.
•  Focus Areas: Organizational development, leadership, governance, program management, resource mobilization, and effective service delivery for Nepali migrant workers.
• Target Audience: Qualified and experienced individual consultants or consulting firms.

2. Hotel / Venue Service for Residential Capacity Building Training

•  Scope: Providing residential accommodation, conference and training facilities, and catering services in a professional, safe, and cost-effective manner.
• Location Preference: Godavari
•  Target Audience: Eligible hotels / resorts.

3. Travel Agency Services for International Air Ticketing

• Scope: Providing reliable, timely, and cost-effective two-way (round-trip) economy class international air tickets for NRNA members traveling from GCC countries and Malaysia to Kathmandu and return during the last week of October, along with emergency/rescheduling travel support.
• Target Audience: Eligible and registered travel agencies.

Submission & Application Guidelines
Interested and eligible applicants are requested to submit their technical and financial proposals as outlined in the ToR.
