Notice: Call for Proposal
The Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) Secretariat invites qualified and experienced consultants or firms to submit proposals for conducting an Institutional Capacity Building Training for NRNA executives, volunteers, and secretariat staff.
The objective of this consultancy is to strengthen the institutional and organizational capacity of NRNA, by enhancing knowledge and skills in areas such as organizational development, leadership, governance, program management, resource mobilization, and effective service delivery for Nepali migrant workers.
The selected consultant/firm will be responsible for designing the training package, facilitating a residential training program, and preparing training reports in accordance with the Terms of Reference (ToR).
Interested and eligible applicants are requested to submit their technical and financial proposals as outlined in the ToR.
