Notice for Travel Agency Services

Call for Proposal

The Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) Secretariat invites eligible and registered travel agencies to submit proposals for providing international two-way (round-trip) air ticketing services for NRNA members traveling from GCC countries and Malaysia to Nepal and return during the second week of February.

Objective

The objective of this Call for Proposal is to select a qualified travel agency that can provide reliable, timely, and cost-effective international air ticketing services, including:

• Two-way (round-trip) international air tickets (GCC and Malaysia – Kathmandu – GCC and Malaysia)
• Economy class fares with reasonable transit times
• Travel support in case of rescheduling or emergencies

Interested and eligible applicants are requested to submit their technical and financial proposals as outlined in the ToR.
